New Features Local Network Sharing 
Local network sharing, the major new feature of XMind 2013, is designed to make the file sharing and team collaboration creative and simple. With one click, you can share your map instantly with all neighbours in your local area network. You can even send messages to one or more particular persons. In the “Local Network Sharing” view, you can overview all maps shared by your neighbours and open them via double click.

New Feature New Markers That Fit 
All marker icons have been redesigned for better looking and clearer meaning. Besides this, we've made several gorgeous new marker groups, i.e. people, arrows, symbols, months, days, etc. Yet the best thing is that, once added to a map, all marker icons will be automatically enlarged/shrinked to fit the size of its accompanied topic text. Now open a map with many markers, you will find it more harmonic to look at.

New Feature Export to Spreadsheet & SVG 
By converting a mind map to a spreadsheet (CSV or Microsoft Excel), you get a new perspective of the ideas and task information. You can then take advantage of all calculation or analyzing functionalities that those spreadsheet software offer to dig deeper into the data.
Another fantastic export option, the SVG, turns a mind map into a scalable vector image that can be printed or embedded in any size without losing the smoothness of lines and shapes. You can even edit the exported image file using any text editor for remanufacturing. |

New Feature Cross-platform Solution of Export to MS Office 
Exporting to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is finally available on all supported platforms (Windows, Mac and Linux), even though there is no MS Office installed. This is a great break-through and we're thrilled to recommend you giving it a try.

Besides the amazing features above, XMind 2013 has several other dramatic new features and tens of significant improvements. For instance, we now support importing from Word documents, and a new option is provided to copy maps from other XMind workbooks. XMind 2013 is now in public beta. The Beta version offers evaluators all Pro/Plus features without registration/activation until October 1, 2013.
